The Alessandri Bruno olive groves are to be found among the hills of Cartoceto. Along with its neighbouring villages; Mombaroccio, Saltara, Serrungarina and a part of Fano, it is one of the few places in the Marche region which can proudly bear the PDO - Protected Designation of Origin seal. Sea facing with a tuffaceous terrain and the mild climate of central Italy bestow perfect growing conditions for the 900 olive trees. Traditional farming methods are used, making the most of local customs which have been passed down through the centuries
