TRADITIONAL SULTANA PANETTONE

For a sweet Christmas... a traditional panettone with sultanas. The lengthy production process is divided into two stages of kneading and natural leavening which last for about 70 hours. The puffy dough with its natural aromas enhances the product's fragrance and flavour. On the inside sultanas, and on the outside glazed sugar sticks and almonds.
