ORGANIC VEGETABLE PRESERVES

Wintergarden vegetables 270 g
Dried tomatoes 180 g
Aubergine 180 g
Gourmand zucchini 180 g
Baby artichoke 270 g
Jerusalem artichoke 180 g
Salsa Teresina 270 g
Spicy Mushroom 180 g

The vegetables, which are preserved in oil, are freshly picked in small to medium quantities, mainly by hand, from certified organic crops. After the selection and preperation process they undergo acidification and are then set down into jars and are covered with select extra virgin olive oil. Only vinegar and extra virgin olive oil are involved in the preservation process.
