SPAGHETTONI, WHEAT FLOUR PASTA

We select the best Italian wheat. The pasta is extruded through a bronze die plate and then dried naturally at low temperature, this process preserves the important nutritional value and the wheat proteins. Our pasta stimulates the senses at the maximum, it involves the taste, the smell and the grainy texture that bonds to the sauces.
Not only Di Mauro's pasta is of a great quality but there is wide variety to choose from. It is possible to choose from a wide range of whole wheat pasta, long and short.
