“IL SERAFINO” SOUR CHERRY WINE 500 ML.

Sour cherry wine has been a part of Montefeltro traditions for centuries. It is obtained by fermenting sour cherries (prunus cerasus, austera variety) at a controlled temperature, sugar and maturation of at least one year.
After three years of sitting it is ready to be bottled. "Il Serafuni" sour cherry wine has a very low sulphite content, less than 30 milligrams per litre. It's a good match for traditional cakes such as ciambella, dry desserts and biscuits, chocolate desserts and dry chocolate. An ideal garnish that enhances the flavour of ice-cream, cream and yoghurt. You can also pair it with mature cheese such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
