“PROFUMO DI ROSA” RED WINE

A dry red wine with a persistent scent. Made from aleatico and cherry vines. It has a warm taste with an evident but not too sharp tannin tone. It is entirely produced in steel and has a very low sulphite content of 20 milligrams per litre. Pairs well with red meat, meat sauce, cured meat and stuffed pidgeon.
