WHITE TRUFFLE BUTTER 250 GR

White truffle butter is a ready to serve butter made by finely grinding the white truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico) together with the butter. It is the perfect dressing for entrèes, (tagliatelle, tortellini etc) main courses (cutlets, scaloppine, omelettes, eggs and hot crostini. In order to preserve the truffle aroma, do not overheat or overcook the product. Truffles are a seasonal product and are available during the brief production period. This white truffle butter becomes itself a gastronomic specialty available to enjoy all year round.
