The Dark chocolate dove is a part of Italy's Easter culinary traditions as well as a symbol of peace. The lengthy production process is divided into two phases of kneading and natural leavening which last for about 70 hours. The puffy dough with its natural aromas enhances the product's fragrance and flavour.
