TRUFFLE PIADINA MALTAGLIATI

Truffle piadina as a first course, delicious and simple to prepare. Simple and genuine ingredients without lard or margarine. The piadina can be used to create vegetarian dishes or to accompany tasty soups. An artisan product whose dough is made with extra virgin olive and tartufo oil. Black truffle piadina maltagliati are made by cutting the piadina in triangular and irregular shapes and thickness that will enchant the most demanding palates. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes, do not overcook, strain them and sautèe. Season to taste. You can also fry them and serve hot with soups, salad, cheese fondue or appetizers. Hand made, soft piadina.
