PIADINA BREAD FROM THE MARCHE WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Piadina is a typical Italian bread which can always be found at Italian mealtimes. The original Marche recipe with extra virgin olive oil consists of few simple and genuine ingredients. Fragrant and delicate, it does not contain lard. With no added preservatives or colouring agents. Ideally served, slightly heated and filled with cured meats, cheese, vegetables, hot sauces or even alone.

Heat for a few minutes on a griddle. Eat it whilst hot and don't let it dry out.
Avoid the use of a microwave as it would impair its texture
