“SERENELLA” CHERRY PRESERVE

Sour cherries and very little refined brown sugar. 150 gr of fruit are needed to make 100 gr of preserve. The cherries' properties remain intact due to the low temperature used during the transformation process. In the no added sugar version 200gr of fruit are needed to make 100 gr of preserve. Excellent with fresh and soft cheese, as a filling for cakes and tarts or spread on bread for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS: sour cherries and granulated brown sugar.
