SUNFLOWER OIL

Flaminia Montefeltro's sunflower seed oil is extracted at a low temperature in order to maintain the sunflower seeds' organoleptic and nutritional properties. It is then filtered and left to stand at a temperature lower than 25° for at least 30 days. Laboratory analysis certifies that Flaminia Montefeltro is a highly digestible oil that endures high temperatures ( with a burning point of 225 degrees centigrade) and is therefore resistant to multiple frying cycles. It can also be used without heating and is of excellent use in the kitchen for seasoning and flavouring
