CRESCIA CHEESE BREAD

Crescia cheese bread, also known as Easter Crescia, is made from a traditional Marche recipe. It has an intense and decisive flavour evoking memories of household recipes... flour 00, eggs, pecorino cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
It is made without butter, margarine, preservatives or colouring agents. It contains those tastes and ingredients which have always distinguished "made in Marche" products. It is unique in its kind and made with soft wheat flour and Italian extra virgin olive oil. Heat on a griddle or in the oven at 180°C for a few minutes to enjoy its wonderful flavour. Avoid the use of a microwave as this could impair its texture.
