BLACK TRUFFLE AND PARMESAN FOCACCIA BREAD

Thanks to the combination of delicate Parmesan cheese and truffle aroma this focaccia bread has a unique and unmistakable taste which is enhanced by its lengthy, natural, leavening process which takes about 75 hours and benefits both the organoleptic and nutritional aspect of the bread. Best eaten slightly warm with cheese, cured meats, vegetables and hot sauces. Heat in the oven at 180°C for a few minutes to enjoy its wonderful flavour.
