The Montefeltro Saffron estate is entirely dedicated to the production of the renowned Montefeltro Saffron®. It is a family business which uses only natural and biodynamic cultivation methods, and produces an exclusive and limited ammount of saffron grown on specific hills in the area.
Italian saffron is a product of excellence, with differing species determined by the point of origin, regional traditions and the farmers' ideas. Montefeltro is a wild and uncontaminated area in the heart of Italy, distinguished by a particular microclimate and unique products.
