PIADINA BREAD WITH BLACK TRUFFLE

An artisan product with an extra virgin olive oil and truffle sauce dough. A traditional recipe with no preservatives, colouring agents, lard or margarine. Best enjoyed slightly heated with or without a filling. Piadina Mascia is simple and easy to prepare: heat for a few minutes and fill as desired.
